Return Process

Contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery or pickup to notify us of your intent to return or exchange an item.

Ensure the furniture remains in its original, pristine condition; our team will perform a brief inspection to verify the item is free of wear, pet hair, or smoke odors.

Schedule Pickup or Drop-off
Arrange a time to bring the item back to our showroom, or coordinate with our delivery team to schedule a professional pickup for a nominal restocking fee.

Refund Processing
Once the item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, typically processed within 5 to 7 business days.
